Community Feedback
The School Governors operate a continual programme of dialogue with the school community. This programme is adapted each year to provide effective year-on-year comparision whilst allowing focus on specific areas. A number of methods are used to capture feedback and communicate with the school community. These include informal one to one discussions with parents, staff and pupils, attendance at meetings and PTA events, representation at the Pupil Leadership Team meetings and a number of structured surveys for children and parents. Regular surveys carried out include: the Pupil survey, the Parent Satisfaction Survey, Y6 Exit Questionnaire and Leavers Questionnaire. The Governors analyse and evaluate the findings which then contribute to policy and direct actions within the school. Key survey findings and resulting actions are published in the Governors' Newsletter and on the school web site.
