Community Feedback
The School Governors maintain an ongoing programme of engagement with the school community. Each year, this programme is refined to ensure meaningful year-on-year comparisons while prioritising specific areas of focus. A variety of methods are used to gather feedback and communicate with stakeholders, including informal one-on-one discussions with parents, staff, and students, participation in meetings and PTA events, representation at Pupil Leadership Team meetings, and several structured surveys for both children and parents. Regularly conducted surveys include the Pupil Survey, Parent Satisfaction Survey, Year 6 Exit Questionnaire, and Leavers Questionnaire. The Governors carefully analyse and assess the results, which inform school policies and drive actions. Key findings and the resulting initiatives are shared through the Governors' Newsletter and posted on the school's website.
