Coffee Per Week Campaign

The PTA is excited to help fund the purchase of new iPads for the school, but we need your support to make it happen. Our goal is to raise £12,000 to purchase 30 iPads and keyboards.

Thanks to generous voluntary donations and our recent Quiz Night, where we raised almost £3,000, we’ve made a strong start. But we still need more support!

Could you spare the cost of a coffee each week?

To reach our £12,000 target by the end of the year, we need about 150 parents to sign up for a monthly donation of just £10.

This is a fantastic initiative that will directly impact the education of our children and enhance their learning experiences. Your contribution, no matter how small, will make a real difference.

Gift Aid

Did you know that Gift Aid can significantly boost the funds we raise? The PTA claims Gift Aid on all eligible donations, which means the school receives extra money at no additional cost to you.

For example, our first Gift Aid submission raised an additional £405 on the ESPS Fun Run, which raised £2,300.

If you haven’t already, please fill out the Gift Aid form at the bottom of this page and return it to the PTA tray in the school office. This small action will help your contributions go further.

Here's a simple and FREE way to raise funds for East Sheen Primary School without spending anything extra!

By shopping through Easyfundraising, you can make purchases with your favourite retailers, and they’ll donate a percentage of the cost to our school.

For example:

• Spend £25 at WH Smith and raise £0.88

• Buy from Amazon and raise 2.5%

• Purchase car insurance from Direct Line and raise £35

This autumn, we’ll be working with Northbrook Fundraising to raise money through the sale of fabulous gift wrap and accessories like ribbons, gift tags, and cards. We earn 22% cashback on all orders!

‘Empties Please’ Ink Cartridge Recycling

Do you have old printer cartridges? The Empties Please program helps us raise funds by recycling them. They offer:

• £1 for original manufacturer cartridges

• 50p for remanufactured cartridges

• 75p for original manufacturer toner cartridges

There’s a collection box in the school office, and you can even take a recycling bin to work to help boost the collection. Every £1 raised earns ‘Green Points,’ which can be used to purchase eco-friendly items for the school, such as trees, gardening tools, and wildlife conservation projects.

Plus, all pupils who return a full collection bag will be entered into a prize draw for outdoor play equipment!
