Year 6 is an exciting and memorable year, as children take on greater responsibilities and prepare for the transition to secondary school. Alongside developing confidence, independence and resilience, children enjoy a rich and engaging curriculum that challenges and inspires them across all areas of learning.

Through topics such as Ancient Egypt, Victorian Britain, Evolution and Climate Change, children deepen their knowledge and understanding of the world around them. They also have opportunities to take on leadership roles, represent the school and participate in memorable experiences, including educational visits and residential trips.
